Thanksgiving Letterboard Quotes for Your Home Office
It’s Thanksgiving week, and if you haven’t been feeling super thankful yet, it’s time to update your letter board in your office with these Thanksgiving quotes and verses!
As work at home moms, it can be a daunting task to run the house, guide the children, manage the business, and then if you add baking pies on top of that … you may start to feel like that poor turkey who is *hopefully* already in your fridge thawing (hint hint!!).
Before you start spinning off into the land of insanity, here are a few of my favorite quotes and versus that can ground all of us back into a heart of thankfulness. Write them on a sticky note and place them on your monitor, on your bathroom mirror, next to your coffee maker – or of course, decorate a letter board and put it on your desk where you can see it!

Is Thanksgiving a Feeling or a Choice?
As a work at home mom, it can be so easy to get weighed down by all of that is on our plate. In those moments when you aren’t sure how you can continue on, it’s the perfect time to stop and breathe … and choose thankfulness. While I would hope that we can carry this with us all year long, I am at least thankful that we have one time a year where it’s brought to the front and center.
Which brings me to another thing … when you are making pies and roasting turkeys, while balancing the phone and answering emails just remember … you are cementing in core celebrations for your children.
I have so many fond memories of Thanksgiving as a child. Listening to all of my aunts, my mother, and my grandmother talking while cooking, the guys sitting down to watch football in the afternoon, family coming in from far away – and THESE are the memories I want to give my children. Is it hard? Sure! Is it worth it? I believe so.
